Impulse for a healthy posture with health trainer Lina and yoga with Marcus
28. September, 3 p.m.
Our indoor training course—a game involving movement, space, and sound in the architecture of HuMBASEpartout—is aimed at everyone: beginners, those returning to exercise, and advanced participants alike.
We explore postures, both in a concrete physical sense and in a figurative, metaphorical sense. Our journey begins with an initial try-out at HuMBASEpartout. There we focus on the essentials – breathing, tension, and relaxation – drawing inspiration from the atmosphere and architecture, playing with movement, space, and sound, and experiencing the power of stabilizing rhythm. You can expect initial impulses for healthy posture, Hatha Yoga, and prevention in the form of contemporary back training methods.
The starting point for our research journey, in which we immerse ourselves in the spheres of health and art, is the tensegrity model of the body, which is replacing older concepts and models of the body in modern fascia research.
We look forward to seeing you!
