Talk und Performance mit dem Künstler Duo ≅ in der HuMBase, mit anschließender Listening Session im Aktionsraum an der Staatlichen Akademie der Bildenden Künste.
≅ ist ein vor kurzem in Budapest gegründetes Duo bestehend aus den Künstlern Dániel Kophelyi und Ádám Jeneses. Sie studieren derzeit an der Ungarischen Universität der Bildenden Künste. Ihre Praxis ist interdisziplinär, wobei sie es selbst als Verschmelzung von Lärm, „danger music“ und Performance beschreiben. Sie arbeiten stark ortsspezifisch und gehen dabei auf örtliche Gegebenheiten und Hintergründe ein. Dies kann in Form von Installationen oder Interventionen Ausdruck finden. Im Zuge von Apotheose präsentierten sie Apporoximation_01, eine Live-Performance und Klanginstallation, die speziell für diesen Rahmen und den Raum der HuMBase konzipiert wurde.

≅ is a recently founded duo of interdisciplinary artists Dániel Kophelyi and Ádám Jeneses, who are based in Budapest. They both currently study at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts . Their practice is the amalgamation of noise, danger music, performance and site-specific installations or interventions. They presented Apporoximation_01, a live performance and sound installation specially conceived for Apotheose and created for the space of HuMBase.
